Both. You can hire a single Director of Photography or sound recordist to slot into your existing team, or you can hire a complete crew built from the ground up - camera, sound, lighting, grip, hair and makeup, production support and more. We scale the team to exactly what the production needs.
For straightforward shoots we can often crew up within a day or two, sometimes faster when it's urgent. Larger or more technically demanding productions benefit from more lead time, but our network is deep enough that we rarely struggle to find the right people at short notice. Many of our crew own and operate their own kit, and we can also source any additional equipment you need - cameras, lighting, grip and specialist gear - through our established relationships with UK rental houses.
